Data deletion instructions

You can remove your data from WhatsApp Connector at any time.

Businesses using WhatsApp Connector

• A contact: Audience → Contacts → delete. The contact, their conversations and media are removed.
• A number: Setup → Numbers → Remove. The connection and access token are deleted immediately.
• The whole account: email privacy@as2techs.com from the account owner’s address. Everything is permanently deleted within 30 days and we confirm by email.

Removing the app from Facebook

If you remove our app from your Facebook Business settings, we stop receiving data from your WhatsApp Business Account. To also delete the data we already hold, email us as above.

People who received messages

Reply STOP to the business to stop messages, and contact that business to delete your data. You can also email us and we will pass your request to the business.
